Persons under 18 years of age who are not emancipated minors must have the signature and ID with proof of residency of a parent or guardian on their application in order to be issued a card.

Cardholders are asked to update library accounts in the event of relocation or changes to contact information. Accounts will be set to expire every 3 years to remind staff to request updated contact information.

Cards are also available for local institutions (businesses and organizations) as well as for seasonal residents. Please contact the library for more information.

Residents within the Lakeland Library Cooperative geographical boundary who do not qualify for a library card at any Lakeland Library Cooperative member library may purchase a Georgetown Library non-resident card for a fee of $115. Non-resident cards are valid for a period of 1 year and will only be honored at the Georgetown Township Public Library. Non-resident cardholders may place holds on Georgetown Library items only.  These cards do not allow access to the Georgetown Library digital content.  For more information about Non-Resident Library Cards, click here.
